Really enjoyed this brand-new hotel: lovely food and very welcoming staff. Because of a problem with the double room I was upgraded and had spotless and modern room with a balcony. Particularly good and gorgeous location next to a lovely relaxing quiet area, walking paths, mountains and a bar and food, and the gentle stream across the road, I felt safe. Apart from that, St Elvan's Church was 15 minutes away by driving.

All in all it's peaceful hotel, we had a perfect stay here. The position of the venue was incredible, right on the river.

The location it offers is stunning and fantastic, close to quiet area by a mountain stream-road, a beautiful hideaway valley next to a mountain stream and the city centre. The staff is being fantastic friendly and amicable.

The venue was set in the secluded position not far from quiet area by a mountain stream-road and ur beer garden. The staff were all fairly friendly and excellent. Everything here was excellent, I would stay here again.

Had secluded location in beautiful nature. Besides, we were near river walks and big hill, a beautiful stream and the adjacent river. They gave us a double room with a balcony, heating, as for instance.

We had a late night arrival and the staff at Falcon Inn Retreat were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were cozy and provided us with ample space. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops nearby and alcohol available within the hotel. The staff kindly offered us a late checkout due to our late arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. it was one of the best stays we've experienced and we would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing escape from the city.

The location was GORGEOUS - just next door to a beautiful stream and a tall hill and hiking and rambling. Apart from that, Aberdare Swimming Pool was 10 minutes' drive away.

Really helpful and excellent staff, it was really good stay.

I booked an immaculate room with an electric kettle, central heating and TV, it was neat too. A bath was really good and everything was perfect.
